Abstract : Advertising and promotion are an integral part of our social and economic systems. In our complex society, advertising has evolved into a vital communications system for both consumers and businesses. The ability of advertising and other promotional programmers are makes the target audience at the marketing level. Its makes the organization feedback to the market situation of goods and products which are newly come to the competitive market Advertising is the structured and composed, nonperson communication of information. It is usually paid for and usually persuasive, about products, services, or ideas. There are four important dimensions of advertising (communication, marketing, economic, and social) creates a clear concept about what advertising is and how it has evolved. The promotion is the process of commodities at newly introduce to the market, it also offer coupons, free samples, contests, or rebates on the purchase price. By offering added value, promotion accelerates sales. So it is a very effective tool for the new product at the market. It is often used in conjunction with advertising—to promote the promotion. The promotional planner should recognize the different effects various types of advertising messages might have on consumers and whether they are appropriate for the product or brand. The message is done by the (print, TV, radio, newspaper, direct marketing) and their cost implications might also occur at this process |

Abstract : Story-telling is conveying of events in words, images and sounds often by improvisation or embellishment. Stories have been shared in every culture as a means of entertainment, education, cultural preservation and in order to install moral values. Story-telling is deeply rooted human phenomenon. It is a natural way of sharing our knowledge, insights and feelings with others. But there are certain patterns and certain elements in stories and story-telling. There are 'Seven Aspects' (Forster, Aspects of Novel) of the novel. “Story” is one of them. Novel tells a story. It is a “narrative of events arranged in their time sequence”(Forster, 30). COMPOSITE DIALOGUE BETWEEN INDIA AND PAKISTAN- A FRAME ANALYSIS |

Abstract : This study examines how two major Indian newspapers (The New Indian express and The Hindu) represent--specifically through framing—the composite dialogue between india and pakisthan during the two-year period (from 2009 to 2010). To conduct this research, two theories (theory of social construction of reality and media framing theory) and one research method (framing analysis) are used for analyzing media texts. According to findings, (The New Indian express and The Hindu) showed a similar trend to portray conflict resolution. A conflict resolution frame dominated the news coverage of composite dialogue in both newspapers. Furthermore, this study reveals that most news articles related to composite dialogue were classified into conflict resolution instead of exacerbating conflict. The national dailies framed the composite dialogue between india and pakisthan through back channel diplomacy, quiet diplomacy, mediation, line of control, abrogation or continuation of article 370,confindence building measure, interlocutors, third party role, dialogue, siachen issue, sir creek issue,Indus water treaty, whereas the newspapers also gave more importance to terrorism. |

Abstract : Target Costing is a disciplined process for determining and realizing a total cost at which a proposed product with specified functionality must be produced to generate the desired profitability at its anticipated selling price in the future. CIMA defines target cost as “a product cost estimate derived from a competitive market price. Target Costing is a disciplined process that uses data and information in a logical series of steps to determine and achieve a target cost for the product. In addition, the price and cost are for specified product functionality, which is determined from understanding the needs of the customer and the willingness of the customer to pay for each function. Target costing is a formal process that attempts to match a proposed product's features/benefits with a viable market price that achieves the company's profitability goals. |

Abstract : Better health is central to human happiness and well being. It also makes an important contribution to economic progresses as healthy population live longer is more productive. The biggest enemy of health in the developing world is poverty. Because of this to provide much health care services to rural areas central and state government has established primary health center in the state. Spatial analysis of utilization PHCs to give clue of how the utility of primary health centers served in relation to patient view. This paper studies the performance of utilization of primary Health Centers in the Pandharpur tahsil of solapur district. patient age, sex, annual income, marital status, Cleanness, ventilation, diseases- symptoms wise distribution, satisfaction level of services provide in the PHCs are the enabling factor taken in to consideration for understanding the utility of PHCs. Observational study done in an all eight PHCs.A total of 35 medical and 50 Para-medical staff were interviewed with per tested questioners. For qualitative data, 25 respondents were selected. Group study and data analyzed by using statistical methods. This study is based on Primary source i.e. field work. Secondary data collected from Public Health department of Solapur District. Present study gives an idea of real situation of utilization of Health Care service Delivery and helps to remove problems in Primary Health Center in Pandharpur tahsil of Solapur District and also helps to planners, Health scientists and research scholars. Further, this study has shown that there is a need of policy change regarding working style of Primary Health Centers. |
